GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache –Tibouren –Syrah –Cinsault–Carignan

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Mechanical night-time harvesting, Skin contact for 6 hours and then pressing. Fermentation between 15 and17°C.

TASTING NOTES: brilliant litchi colour. Nose : elegant flavours of violet, jasmine, rose petals, but also notes of vine peach, lychee and mango. A gourmet palate with a hint of rose, then a taste of blood orange. A smooth wine with a nice length in the mouth.
