Gamme Liqueurs

It is from the Provencal diversity that plants are selected to be transformed into macerations and alcoholates. In order for each dried plant to restore most of its flavors, it infuses for a long time and separately in a fine alcohol, then it is gently pressed. We thus obtain "scented spirits" of plants that the Liquorist Master will link together according to secret dosages that his talent will reinterpret with each production, to maintain the desired balance. Then comes the assembly, the control by tasting, filtration, rectification and adjustment; so many meticulous steps which impose rigor, precision, but also intuition. All liquors are prized in the art of cocktails.
