TASTING NOTES: crystal clear and brilliant golden colour with silver reflections. Intense and delicious nose marked by white flowers, exotic fruit and jasmine; second nose more fruity on the tangerine peel | smooth and full mouth with matter but a good acidity brought by tastes of citrus fruits and particularly a kumquat dominant. Delicate brioche finish.

PAIRING: As an aperitif, with red mullet fillets, shallot sauce; with goat cheese.
Desserts: French toast, almond pies.
