GRAPE VARIETIES: Clairette - Rolle

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Skin maceration for 3 to 4 hours and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13°C. breeding 12 months, 50% in our underground rock carved tanks and 50% in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Pretty gold colour. The nose is elegant and complex with vanilla aromas, lily flower and toasted brioche. A beautiful mouth attack, a perfect balance that reveals white fruits such as pear and apple. Good freshness but also a velvety smoothness
