GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Vatting 25 to 30 days at 25°C. Aging for 8 to 12 months, 70% in our underground rock carved tanks and 30% in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: A deep carmine purple colour. The nose if fine, melted, with black fruit flavours and hints of spice, gingerbread and liquorice. Complex mouth, blackberry, cherry cocoa and spices notes . The tannins are fine and silky. Very elegant wine.

PAIRING: wild duck with figs, Rossini tournedos, baked pheasant, chocolate fondant.
