LES Ingredients

- Mint leaves

- 1 lime

- Powdered sugar (rather brown sugar)

- 1.5cl of Versinthe Classique absinthe

- 1.5cl of white rum 

- 8cl of sparkling water

Versinthe Mojito - Absinthe, Rum and Mint Cocktail

- Place the mint leaves, brown sugar and lime in the bottom of the glass

- Crush with a pestle

- Add the Versinthe Classique absinthe and the rum. You can add 2/3cl of Versinthe Classique (without the rum)

- Add the sparkling water

- Add the ice 

- Decorate with a beautiful mint leaf
