This Prosecco is a D.O.C from Treviso, born on stony ground, made from Glera grape varieties according to the Charmat method. This method uses the same principles as the Champagne or traditional method with, however, a difference: the foaming takes place in a stainless steel tank and not in the bottle, mixing the still wine with yeasts and a fermentation liquor held under high pressure by this autoclave.

Wink to Valerius, superior officer of the very famous VIIIth Augusta Legion who appears to be the first owner and winemaker in Saint Martin, an exceptional land which was offered to him by the Emperor Caesar in -48 BC, in appreciation of his high services.

This exceptional sparkling wine, a D.O.C from Treviso, born on a stony ground, elaborated from the Glera grape variety, delight your aperitifs and cocktails with its fine and light bubbles. Their delicacy, its slightly straw yellow color and its opening on notes of white flowers mixed with those of the Golden apple invite you to share a moment of pleasure.
