GRAPE VARIETIES: Black Grenache, Syrah

WINE MAKING PROCESS : classical, vatting during 15 to 18 days

TASTING NOTES: garnet colour, nose red and black fruit, especially cranberry and blackcurrant which give a Mediterranean style. The palate is fleshy and precise, reminiscent of the red fruit of the nose but also a few acidulous notes.

PAIRING: Serve around 15°C. Grilled red meats and hard pasta cheeses
