GRAPE VARIETIES: Tibouren–Cinsault–Grenache

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Mechanical night-time harvesting. 4 to 5 hours pellicular maceration and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation around 13 t 15°

TASTING NOTES: wonderful colour with shades of blue. Flavors bring to mind a flower field with iris, wisteria, jasmine and lilac perfumes. The nose also reveals notes of watermelon and grapefruit. The palate of this vintage has tastes of cherry blossoms, exotic fruits as carambola and granadilla, and grapefruits. The savours of this elegant rosé can be thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the very good length

PAIRING: it is self-sufficient but it also marvellously matches raw or marinated salmon, lobster, crab ….
